Exchange orders may be canceled for the following reasons:
- The original item(s) are not shipped back within 14 days of your exchange request.
- The item(s) you requested in your exchange order is no longer in stock.
- The exchange order was canceled through the Returns & Exchanges center online or through calling a customer service agent.
- The original item(s) has been returned in-store.
If your exchange order is canceled you will receive a cancellation email. If you have already shipped your original item(s) back to us, then a refund will be issued in your original form of payment. If you still wish to exchange your item(s), you can re-submit your exchange anytime within 60 days of the order date.
